Doubler Decker Rollformer

 We manufacture all of our metal roofing panels and customized trim on  location! We operate a Double Deck Rollformer that offers the options of  AG Panel or R Panel roofing. The standard gauge of metal that we offer  is 29 gauge imperial rib. The 29 gauge metal is 41" wide and the 26 gauge metal is 43" wide. Once both are corrugated, they cover 3 feet in width. 

 We  also have a precision folding machine to meet all of your trim needs!  All of our trim is made in 10' sections. Ridge Cap and Valley trim is stocked in our facility for customers who may need a few more pieces to finish their project. This precision folder allows us to program almost any special trim need that you have. If there is any way we can meet your special trim needs, we will do it! 

We offer delivery to the jobsite. Most cases we can have the job delivered  within 2 days of placing the order. You don't have to touch anything, we unload it all.

We offer all the standard trim that is necessary to complete a metal roof or building project.  We understand there are times that you need something special made. Not a problem. We have a state of the art trim machine that can make about anything you need.
